Terms of service

These terms apply when you create a KeepSafe account or use the KeepSafe app. By using KeepSafe you agree to them. If you use KeepSafe for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details, reveal PIN and backup codes safe. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access.

Your content

The credentials, monitors and settings you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide KeepSafe to you. You confirm that you are allowed to store the credentials you add and to connect the services they belong to.

Using KeepSafe properly

You agree to use KeepSafe in line with our acceptable use policy. In particular, you will not use it to monitor or access services you are not authorised to use.

Third-party services

KeepSafe connects to services run by others. Their availability, accuracy and terms are their own, and we are not responsible for them. What KeepSafe shows about a service is only as accurate as the information that service reports.

Availability and changes

We work to keep KeepSafe available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may improve, change or retire features over time, and will give notice of changes that significantly affect you where we reasonably can.

Ending your use

You can stop using KeepSafe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

KeepSafe is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by services we do not control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before it takes effect.
